SCION Instruments presents Eclipse, a powerful software solution designed for the Hydrocarbon Processing Industry (HPI), specifically for DHA (Detailed Hydrocarbon Analysis), SimDist (Simulated Distillation), and Gas Analysis applications. This software automates data processing and reporting of Gas Chromatography analytical results for a wide range of petroleum samples, from gases to crude oil.

By integrating with CompassCDS, Eclipse enables the generation of essential reports for DHA, SimDist, Gas Calculation, and FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester) analyses. Its versatility allows refineries, environmental laboratories, independent labs, and chemical plants to streamline their operations using a single software package. Whether used as a stand-alone solution or within a network configuration, Eclipse’s client/server architecture facilitates data processing from any PC workstation.

Eclipse offers predefined sample settings, component tables and formulas, ensuring accurate sample identification. It provides a range of options for reporting individual components, true boiling points, physical properties and other DHA, SimDist or Gas calculations. The user-friendly editors allow easy customization of settings directly on-screen.
