Your Field Service Representative is your direct access to Scion Instrument product specialists, research scientists, factory engineers, and chemists.
Complete support provides the ultimate coverage for your instrument. All parts and service visits are provided with this coverage. Unlimited breakdown visits and an annual preventative maintenance visit, to ensure your system is operating at optimum performance.
Parts and Labor Support
An excellent way to control costs, this contract provides unlimited visits for breakdown of the instrument, parts are included as part of the deal.
Preventative maintenance will have one of our trained engineers carry out a thorough inspection and repair any minor problems found on the system. On completion you can have confidence instrument is operational to factory standard
